"The relationships you make along the way are the biggest blessings in life."

Crawford Supply has been the choice of home remodelers, builders, and plumbers for more than 50 years. As one of the largest plumbing distributors, they can offer a complete line of kitchen and bath products to the Chicagoland market.

The Crawford Group is made up of Crawford Supply, Builders Plumbing Supply, Builders Heating Supply, and Plumbers Equipment Company.

We are strategically located in Illinois, Michigan, and Pennsylvania; a distribution network that proudly serves the Great Lakes Region.

Crawford Supply understands that time is very valuable in the Heating and Plumbing service industry. We do our very best to provide customers with prompt, accurate information and service whether it be over the phone, at one of our many sales counters, or on line.

Crawford's goal is to provide their customers with the best Plumbing and Heating products, parts and necessary accessories to do the job.

With state-of-the-art computerized programming, they are able to maintain inventory quantities to meet customers' needs.

While each location inventories basic product lines,  the Illinois  main shipping warehouse is located at 751 N Rohlwing Rd, Itasca (Phone: 630-285-1274). Crawford trucks leave the docksbetween 6:00-6:30 am each morning and upon request, has a boom truck for those difficult deliveries.  Customers can place a will call order, notify our locations that they are on the way and product will be staged and ready at our will call docks.

Crawford Supply has premier kitchen and bath showrooms located in Itasca, Morton Grove, Mokena, and Kankakee, staffed by experienced sales consultants to assist contractors and clients to provide product selections for any job!  Products that can be seen at Crawford's showrooms include:  Aquatic, Blanco, Delta, Dornbracht, Duravit, Gerber, Elkay, Fairmount, Franke, Ginger, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Kohler, Maax Pearl, Merillat, Moen, Newport Brass, Perrin & Rowe, Robern, Rohl, Sorento , Sterling, Strasserwood, and more.

Crawford customers can now receive invoices and statements via internet.  With company information and a contact payable person, Crawford Supply can supply a secure website where our customers can receive all Accounts Receivable, place orders, and check inventory with access through www.crawfordsupply.com

CEU (Continuing Education Units) Training is offered at 3 locations 2 times per year for state recertification of plumbing licenses.  Lunch & Learns are offered monthly at selected locations featuring premier showroom vendors.  Crawford Supply partners with those vendors who can provide opportunity for customer training at their facilities hosting counter days on dependable products or bring training to their customers.  Customer business programs are offered through Crawford's Showroom Partnership Program and Pro Card Credit Card.

One of Crawford Supply's greatest assets is the years of experience its employees bring to the table.  The Illinois team consists of employees who average over 15 years with the company.  She values and respects the Crawford team from drivers, warehouse, counter, inside sales, showroom consultants.  "We are a family" says Jeanne Curran Halko, outside sales, "None of us can provide customer service alone!"

Jeanne Curran Halko has worked for Crawford Supply since 1994 in many aspects of the company but discovered 10 years ago she enjoys building relationships with customers in outside sales.

Over the years, her territories included the complete Chicagoland; from the Wisconsin and Indiana state lines to Minooka but now is focused on building relationships with customers in the west and northwest suburbs. Having grown up in the heating contracting business, she understands the ever-changing needs of the contractor.

Recently, she became involved with NARI Chicagoland, where she now serves on the Board of Directors and works with the Programs & Meetings Committee; She considers NARI to be the soul of today's remodeling business and is honored to be a part of an association who "gets it!"  From networking, educational programs and industry focused meetings, to helping out families with special needs, Nari is one of the best organizations to support and participate in.  Attending monthly meetings is the only way to benefit most from being a member.

When she isn't working, her favorite things in life are her family (the 8th of 10 children and 62 immediate members strong), friends, fundraising with Friends of MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) and Illinois Special Olympics Torch Run.  On March 5 she will Plunge into the icy waters of Lake Michigan in hopes to raise monies for Special Athletes for the 4th straight year.  Favorite past times include golf, boating, beaching it anywhere warm!

Most importantly she married her best friend Rich Halko last summer.  "The best day of my life!"  With their sons Adam, Matthew, Brian, Patrick and daughter in law Liz by their side as their wedding party, and family and friends cheering them on!  On August 16th, they were blessed with first grandchild Mason Patrick Halko, "just the cutest little guy ever!"
